Side rear and upper floor extension to be done
We met Aaron the Director of the company during the second meeting. He approached the project with such great enthusiasm, energy, knowledge, and fair pricing that we had to choose them. We had from the beginning the feeling of them all being very caring and Aaron really wanted to do this project. He estimated the works to be completed within 14 weeks. They managed to do it in 15 weeks. Hodgson Construction made it possible for us to remain living inside. This can be quite a stressful time. However, the amazing and unique positive energy each and one of their crew member had is something you won’t find very often. Everyone is extremely accommodating and professional. The most common answers you will get from them, are “It’s not a problem”, and “We get it done”. This is something you can just hope for once you have gone into a relationship with any building company. Every crew member has been extremely polite, charming, hilariously funny and just a delight to be around with. We developed our project a little bit here and there throughout the extension being build, as everyone had his ideas on how to do things a little bit better. We have had no regrets whatsoever to take on the ideas and suggestions. Someone might be able to get the overall project a bit cheaper, but this will reflect in quality. Hodgson’s pricing overall has been extremely fair. We didn’t have any disagreements about payments. The aftercare has been fantastic and also spot on. We would always work with Hodgson again
