Hodgson Construction is a family run business with offices in North London and Berkshire.
Since 2014, Managing Director Aaron Hodgson has built up the company’s reputation alongside his dedicated and experienced team of professionals and tradespeople by delivering on his promise of ‘if you can dream it, we can build it’.
After buying your home, improving and extending it can be one of the biggest and most stressful financial decisions you will make and our team understands that caring as much about the project as the client does is what sets us apart. This, combined with high quality craftsmanship and a bespoke service has ensured customers are happy time and again with their completed projects.

Design and build is where the passion of the team lies. Where an entire project is brought to life from the drawing board, through the planning and engineering stages, right through to build and completion. We are also enthusiastic advocates of new methods of construction and building materials, especially as we are all now encouraged to look at energy and environmental saving solutions from the outset.
Transparency
The key to a successful project completion is excellent communication between the client, our project team and our suppliers. From the start our clients are given a programme of works detailing key construction milestones, timeframes and costs. Progression to the next stage is always measured against the works already completed and inspected at the highest level. We ensure transparency at every level by setting up a group communication ‘chat’ through direct messaging services where all parties have the opportunity to comment, share progress pictures, ask questions and raise any queries, which has proved to be a very popular feature for everyone involved. This of course sits alongside our regular meetings and updates.

Sofia Bryne
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Sofia is likely to be the first person you contact in our offices in Wealdstone, Harrow.
Sofia worked at a senior level in retail operations before joining Hodgson Construction in 2021
Sofia is married to Robert, who is a plumber & heating engineer.
Sharna Hodgson
Office Adminstration
Sharna is married to Aaron Hodgson and supports the business with all the administration. Sharna works in the office in Wealdstone and also from home. Sharna has ran her own business for 10 years along side raising her 3 children.
Sue Jordan
Finance Manager
Originally working as part of the adminstration team at Hodgson Contruction, Sue moved to the Accounts Dept in December 2022. Sue has always worked as part of a finance team and brings with her many years of experience. Sue is trained on Xero and other accounting platforms.
Amanda Gee
Business Developement & Marketing Manager
With over 40 years of experience in sales and marketing, Amanda has run a large publishing company and owned her own small business. Amanda generates new opportunities through her highly energetic approach to the business.
She is excited to be working with Hodgson Construction and helping Aaron to grow his construction and roofing business.
Charlie Dunkley
Roofing Director/Partner
Charlie is one of the longest standing team members at Hodgson Construction, a partner in Hodgson Roofing. He is a carpenter by trade, beginning his career at the company as an apprentice. Charlie has years of experience in Roofing and Construction and is a Director at Hodgson Roofing. It is likely you will meet him if he comes to your property to estimate for a roof repair.
Ellen Gammell
Administration Assistant
Ellen joined Hodgson Construction in November 2023, having completed her A Levels in Business Studies, Product Design and Physical Education. Ellen decided to come into industry rather than going on to university and brings with her experience in construction from her family background.
Rory Taylor BSc Hons
Commercial Director
Rory joined Hodgson Construction in December 2023, having previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor for several high end residential contractors on presitigious projects.
He has joined Hodgson Construction to support the growth of the company.
