This is a full re-roof of a flat roof in North West London using a triple-layer torch-on felt system
This is a full strip off of a flat roof system that has had multiple overlays over the years and the client finally decided to get a professional team in to solve the roofing issues, which a number of different roofers had attempted to repair.
The client had been using the room below for an office and the room was experiencing dampness and a series of leaks.
Our team were on site for under a week and we completely stripped back to the joists and then fitted new firings (so the roof finally had the correct fall), new 18mm OSB Ply and a 3-layer felt system.
We supplied all the new fascias, soffits, gutters and downpipes.
This is a triple layer torch on felt system and is over an internal room so is a warm roof with insulation.
The team did an excellent job and we also installed all new fascias and soffits around the flat roof, with new gutters and downpipes.

The roof was completed at the end of May
The team completed this flat reroof and the upstands using a torch on system at the end of May 2023. It is often the case that a flat roof may have experienced a series of repairs before a full reroof is carried out. There has been a veriety of attempts by previous roofers to repair the leak on this roof, but the client decided to carry out a full re-roof and use a NFRC competent roofing team to apply a new roof.
